First paycheck!

First Week as a Teacher!

What an amazing feeling it is to be teaching and leading a group of young adults closer to independence! There is so much to know before my students graduate and are left to explore the world without the assistance that our program has to offer. It has been a very emotionally overwhelming experience accepting this job. The staff in this program are very supportive and have been wonderful. Each day is a new adventure with my students. I'm very excited for the next 41 weeks. What a blessing and a dream come true!

First Day of School!
